How in the H$ll does this company operate with these level's of total incompetence. One year working here and seeing first hand what is going on makes me sick. They need to flush this place and start over.

Any management here (since this is anonymous) that know for a fact 100% there will be a lay off next week? I say management since they would have a list of their associates getting the RIF. Just curious! I know we are all stressing.

SUB pay?

My actual sub pay plus unemployment is less than my pay was. It should be more since 401k isn't deducted. They lied sub pay is $100 a week less than it should be.

For those who have said the next round of layoffs are Nov. 2 (next Thursday) - have you heard who will be impacted? How many? Same format as last time? (i.e. meeting put on calendar quickly by manager, etc)? Are you certain it is Nov 2?
