Well he needs to replace the “i” in his name with an “a”
When is this happening
GCIO is Global Chief Information Office
Summary. Layoffs (or let's lie and say we don't know about additional rifs and instead call it rationalizing). Alluding to benefit cuts while we know the executives' bonuses will remain intact. A directive to "do more with less," while continuing to fund projects and products with no real return. Efficiency to be defined as the ability to refactor and correct work from multiple offshore resources by a single onshore resource. A noticeable lack of AI projects to replace half of the leadership team because they protect their own. And through all of that, be positive for each other. high-performing employees will be forced out from excessive hours to salvage the company's ill-conceived product platforms that yield little return, all while being blamed for things. Conversely, the good news is if you're underperforming, you may be able to coast for a while if you survive the layoffs.
Sorry to ask...but what is gcio please? Prior post was given a thumbs down for asking, but I also have no ideas what this stands for.
gcio?
Yes. The CFO said this last year. The RIFs will continue through Q3.
They will RIF and continue pushing work offshore.
If you are IT and not looking for a job, you are doing yourself a disservice.
