How are you faring with job hunting? I haven’t had much luck, been trying for months. Getting maybe an interview per 20 applications. I’m afraid I’ll go into panic mode or will be pushed into completely changing the industry. Just hoping I will not get to the point where burger flipping will become an attractive career path.

I was RIF'ed in October 2023. I left the healthcare industry and moved to a different industry. All the major players in healthcare are doing RIFs like Elevance.
I was laid off in early 2020 (right as you know what hit).
I switched to the opposite side of the fence. Instead of insurance, I now work for a non-profit health care chain with hospitals, physician practices, and such. I've learned a lot about how Anthem tries to pull one over on medical entities.
I highly recommend going this route. Work can be hard, but non-profits don't have to deal with as much BS that publicly traded company employees do.
