As a Manager it is really frustrating that half your staff is on a QIP and other is not….seems very unfair. I don’t even get a QIP. One of many crazy out of date benefits.

If the C-suite is missing the mark, it would behoove the board to take a honest hard look at them. Obviously letting the workerbees go is NOT working.
