So, does anyone have any information on UM Transformation? I have been hearing about people being heads down on UM Transformation for the next two weeks and can't be bothered. Is all of UM including the coding in various system moving to carelon?

Anything this company tries fails....lol! Especially in the digital/IT space. I wonder why.

They are trying to clean up after all the offshoring to Carelon global solutions in the philippines. What a mess they should have never offshored.
so they went from Careless aka Carelon to Mosaic aka a cluster puzzle that you need to figure out to get anything accomplished. How much money was spent on that "rebranding" task for what purpose - a pig in a dress is still a pig
