Are they kidding? What they want us to buy into the cr-ppy disgraceful merit and bonuses coming our way as they throw this “Transformation” buzz word around. Let it go….we can’t even get platforms to work or integrate let’s start there. Trying to show they are not like UHC or Aetna which is laughable at least they have robust technologies which age us back to prehistoric times. Abandon all hope for 2025. Don’t worry the VP of Staffs and above will still receive their hefty bonuses, free vacations, and will continue to send their heartfelt emails of how great their teams are because that makes all difference (insert appropriate emoji).

🎤 drop… 👏 Our Leadership needs a reset and instead of hefty top heavy bonuses step back and disperse even a 1/3 rd of it too hard working employees throughout the enterprise. They want to “humanize” the transformation…start by giving back to the people that make transformations possible.
