Lots of job openings in Carelon global solutions website. From wfm managers, grievance and appeals manager,claims , customer service rep , trainers. If that doesn’t tell you more jobs going offshore .
CGS has mostly horrible development teams
They barely have an understanding of healthcare and terrible SDLC process
Truly, they sit all day and all the Sprints since past 3 years I have seen them do nothing. Free paid resources with barely any IT skills. I don’t understand why top management doesn’t get it that this offshoring is a means of further ruining this company which is already half sunk Titanic ship

Of course, with all the offshoring to the Philippines and India,( Carelon global solutions ) this company has been going down hill
Bigger joke with the food deal is that at our PulsePoint these a security person sitting the making sure we don’t cheat. True, there were a very few people that filled a backpack with a week’s worth of food. The guard is usually napping or playing a game on their phone. The whole thing is stupid.
Check out the updated program for food and drinks at pulsepoints. They went from a)free to b)not free and then now c)they will be discounted.
What a joke that it is actually someone’s job to decide this BS. Hope they get a big raise and bonus this year, great work!!!
