It’s nothing more than gaslighting by the head shed. Same thing when they say we have to make sacrifices. That translates to someone is going home. It’s all just corporate speak to be as opaque as possible.

Yep, she is improving lives. Her own life as well as the lives of the other company Executives. Definitely not improving the lives of those of us that are making things happen in the company.....
