For the majority positions under VP of Staffs there will be no bonuses and penny merit raises. Our book of business is not being met as most of metrics.

has bonuses been paid out yet?
Ill riot if I don't get a bonus. I usually rake in 15k from that and it's around my bday. I need that to have a good rest of the year

is that 20k bonus in Philippine peso or American dollar? just curious...
Bottom line is, the people who are the direct cause of the stock price hit are not the ones experiencing the impact. They are laying off, giving us more work, will give us lower ratings than last year, and will trim our raises/bonuses. Meanwhile, they will protect their outrageous salary and bonuses and will protect their pets.
@ 4obq+1vXxGxHT. Reading the room isn't your thing apparently. Great you little pets got good merits and bonuses. Not the experience of most of us. Especially when leaders can just use recalibration meetings to shift ratings in favor of their little pets so they can justify giving their pets big raises.

Reading comprehension must not be your thing. I said individual contributor, not management where I’ve awarded 20k bonuses. You sound like a hater. Stay mad.
There are many misleading statements being posted here. Both commercial and government sectors have their own AIPs. Are most comments here meant to be taken as gospel? If you’ve been around for years and never received more than a 2% increase, you might be in a poorly performing department or organization.
3hci+1vXxGxHT Goodie gumdrops for they people you gave big raises and bonuses to. Just having a bonus of 20k those people were probably in a management role and probably kissed your a$$ big time. Or did something that helped you not look like a d-mba$$. The exception is not the rule. Don’t try to insinuate that the rest of us are underperforming because we didn’t get over 2% raise. The whole recalibrate process allows for the leaders to stack the deck in favor of their pets. Just shows how out of touch you are and all the koolaid you’ve been drinking.
No news from HR on rewards allocation or finance at this time. I am guessing we could have bonus of around 75-85% of your AIP target this year given below-Par performance financially !

what you say is so true, I have only gotten 2.0 to 2.5 all the years I have been working here, and for the qip they always have a reason to not pay out like 40 % all the time, not sure how the aip goes, I haven't received one of those in years, but I heard something funny today, had somebody say to me that the reason they didn't vote for kamela is because they saw the last time a joe retired and a female became the next leader and they didn't want to go through that again lol
After being here for a few years I’ve never received more than 2.5%. I have no idea what those around me receive it’s none of my business. What I do know is I thought the first time was low because I was new and the second time I was told by my manager she’s never given more than a 3.4% to exceptional staff. I had previously been receiving 6-8% from my former job. I just assumed going from a Fortune 500 to a Fortune 100 bonuses and merit increases would be close to equivalent. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Funny how everyone is stating “they never give good raises, you are lucky to get 2%”. I’ve given individual contributors 5, 6% merit increases and $20k bonuses multiple times in the last couple of years.
if you are expecting or planning on a bonus - that is ridiculous - it is never promised and can be ended or not paid at any time at company discretion - if there is one - it will be very small and if you get more than 2% merit - you are among the isolated few- not sure why this is a surprise to anyone writing has been on the wall for months
Fake news! At this point, leaders don't have any details on bonus numbers. Definitely not Directors.
The amount of false information on here is mind blowing. Also, if English is your first language for a good number of you, 1-800-ABCDEFG. You’re welcome.
It’s true. Our director insinuated there were going to be low to no bonuses in a team meeting. He was proud of himself for his “transparency.”
Being RIFFed was my bonus
