I hate it when people of average intelligence try to con everyone. It's so embarrising to have to listen to this BS. If they did not work as SL here, they would be bagging groceries.

Was this the call with KW today? Went to one of his meetings recently, a ridiculous waste of time.
He had to tell us about how accomplished he is then nod his head while a few people discussed their issues.
A quick picture to show he completed his task and that's the last anything will come of that meeting.

I am embarrassed for them. Another meeting about nothing. The word salad is crazy, with stories that are not relevant. We all have our success and s-b stories, yours are no different. He did at one point say “eliminate other work” and that he does care about cost and then quickly pivoted to story time. I counted the word transformation or transformative about 20 times and I still can only guess the ominous nature of what it means. Especially they have not provided us with an outlined plan or strategy.
Today just proved how out of touch these executives are. JFC what a slap in the face to Associates that are hanging on by a thread due to corporate layoffs and cost saving initiatives. Meanwhile they will get all of their bonuses and stocks.
Ending early? Did Spark run out of stories to share? Bummer.
Does this feel like a meeting where these high level executives are trying to “humanize” themselves to us? Members are still getting needed services denied. Trying to act like they are different than UHC. I just can’t feel sorry for you guys. How many times are they going to day Elevance is different?
Hey gang, instead of having our regularly scheduled bullsh*t call where we use "transformation" to cloak mass offshoring and layoffs, listen to us regurgitate some stories we had asked Spark to come up with in our desperate attempt to sway your attention from our corrupt, crumbling company and instead shift. Did it work? Did these humbling stories get your mind off of us stealing your bonus? Bring it in, group hug!
I don’t understand the point of all these stories. What is the context? Why are we here?
This meeting is painful to sit thru! "Eliminate mundane and other positions" equals rifs! They must think we are id--ts!!
That’s funny because I’ve applied for dozens of promotions and never hear anything from the ‘recruiters’. Is everything fake at this company? Is this a race to the bottom, with a few golden parachutes?

So this entire meeting is corporate feel-good jargon. Our company is bleeding, what are we going to do to stop it?

We are about to have ours. I thought the point behind these meetings were prepping us for big layoffs next year under the guise of “Transformation”? And to not fight the teams coming in to map our workflows.
It's fun to watch their faces try to look as normal as possible.
