Transformation is an initiative for executives to justify their existence by putting in a multi year plan that they will blame (in their eyes) the id--ts beneath them if it causes our KPI’s to get worse. Basically move any positions off shore that they can and eliminate on shore positions under the guise of realignment. We are at a dangerous time as a company, many executives have been brought it that don’t understand our business and those leaders who have been here for many years are getting ignored. I’m in a senior leadership position and planning my exit strategy. I havent worked at this company as long as a lot of associates and it is great to hire leaders external but at the same time, they keep bringing in leaders that are extremely arrogant, out of touch and couldnt care less about culture. We are quickly becoming a joke and our stock will continue to plummet. Gail and her golden parachute will be gone within a year.

They want transformation? Fix the tools you already have available. The Sydney app does not work; our computers are old; there is no budget for anything. This company will keep losing business because all they call about “transforming” is the bottom line to pay leaders more and please the stockholders. They do not care about associates or members.
If the entire transformation crew got riffed Monday nothing would change. All the work was already in flight. This is just sh---y branding of layoffs.
Transforming a successful corporation that people were proud to be a part of into a dumpster fire that customers and employees are running away from.
If I'm not mistaken, one of the two "crew" that continue to attempt to spew the "transformation" cr-p actually came here from McKinsey.
This company is in bed with McKinsey. The amount of money that McKinsey "stole" during the OneAnthem transformation should be criminal. That money could have been used to pay countless numbers of "denied" claims.
Transformation is never about helping the associates or our members.

Just look at the 2 from her crew that run the new transformation series calls. They look absolutely miserable because they know what they are saying is just a pile of meaningless garbage.
Transformation is Gail trying to deflect attention from how bad her leadership has been. Everything they are doing is shortsighted and if they continue Elevance will be irrelevant, a shell of itself in 5 years. The Board must be easily distracted by trendy words because no one of substance respects her.

Used to be “digital transformation” … apparently “digital” has been dropped as “transformation” is now geared towards moving to low cost workers overseas.
Whenever you hear certain buzzwords such as "transformation", it = something sinister cloaked as being progressive/good. It will involve changes that on the surface look to be shiny and new, but will ultimately set your situation back, instead of forward.
See for example, Barry Husein Coom-Wagon O's catchphrase where he vowed to "fundamentally transform the United States of America." How's that sh-t he dumped on the USA been workin' out for us so far? Not so good!

They don't respect you, which is why they throw word salads at you, expecting you to swallow it without question. They're intentional about being unclear about just what specifically they're doing, while at the same time, technically "notifying" you of their "plan". This is a rule of satanists and others who operate in the shadows of darkness. If they "notify" you, and you give "consent" by not objecting, that is their green light to go ahead and oppress you.

It means they are going to us AI to figure out how to RIF more of us. It means they will start an initiative but won’t think it through and new issues will come up. Then with no budget for IT to fix the mistakes you’ll end up doing more stupid manual work.
