Good was not so Good

The engineering pre-sales organization is a complete disaster due to him: Look at our comp plan, post-sales adoption, and the list goes on. They should layoff more than him. Most of the directors need to go. My director is only concerned about... — read more

LR Majors VP and SED

These 2 need to be LRd. The toxic culture and self-serving attitude of these two cannot continue. We need better than these two.

Su-kers only talking managers - no action too much hype here

I just realized after joining nothing great here.. they talking same old thing with new fancy words. They can deceive customers who are knowledgeable. Cisco Juniper have much better products than here.. quality is very poor And CEO always on high... — read more

Never join this TOXIC environment- black list this company

"Toxic people and toxic environments can have a profoundly negative impact on one's mental health, productivity, and overall well-being. Unfortunately, I have experienced firsthand the detrimental effects of such an environment at this company. The... — read more

They are not admitting to layoffs to protect stock

For those of you who believe no layoffs in light of merger, I hope you are right. Folks are being silently cut. Folks who have made their $$ but did not kiss the right … then they are being told they violated x or did not make y, though that is not... — read more

Layoffs-firing have started

One of my friends who I have known for years was let go. She has a A* yearly review, but told she was let go because of performance. They are looking for excuses for up coming merger. Beware!!

Majors Cleanup Needed

Please replace the Majors VP & SED and rebuild new. These two are self-absorbed individuals and are counter to teamwork. Their self-centered arrogance has impacted the business in a negative way.

Why so much Toxicity?

I witness how the aggressive nature of leadership and the chronic US-vs-THEM culture translates to less productivity due to everyone fighting to survive and not trusting others. It's really a shame and missed opportunity. **Greater teamwork... — read more

Toxic Majors Culture

Our Majors VP and SED are only about self-promoting themselves. Everything that these two do is about them and not the leadership and ICs under them. This is the worst the toxicity has ever been and it is directly attributed to these two.

PANW Layoffs

In reality, PANW layoffs really never stop. By the time the management is done with one round, planning for the second one starts. It's like a neverending cycle. It's so disheartening to see what's going on and how much insecurity the worker faces... — read more

Near Term Acquisition is INEVITABLE✔️

Look at PANW History... 2024 is the ONLY year outside of 2016 where PANW has not acquired a company to gain market share in this space. [IBM asset transfer from a few weeks back does not count] Wall Street will reward PANW with a promising... — read more

Who will we acquire?

Nikesh comments imply a mid level security player that has a market valuation between 4-7b. There are several that fall into that category. Which one has something PANW needs?

Adobe & PANW have same Employee "Attrition" Strategy (which means --NO Formal Layoffs just a lot of Quiet Firing)

This from the Adobe Page is very informative and sounds strangely familiar....My husband works for Adobe. I've shared with him the 'quiet firing' I've witnessed and heard about at Palo Alto Networks. He told me about this. I thought you all may... — read more

They want you to leave on your own

Passive aggressive bullying, that's why. Managers do everything to get people to leave on their own. Those who somehow survive the abuse, and still hang in there, are bribed to leave via a "mutual separation" OR hang on for a coaching program, which... — read more

Palo Alto Management Targeting (older) Workers

Palo Alto Networks is quietly using a "Fire & Hire" Strategy to lower Average Age and Compensation on various Teams. The contracted HR reps then quickly offer a small severance needing you to quickly 'sign an agreement of separation'. This is... — read more
