Those 2 are the most selfish “leaders” here. They should be let go. Majors VP is toxic and SED is all about her rise to the top. She has yet to impact the business in any way.
It is not health in Majors with the self-absorbed VP and SED. The VP is all about him and the SED is all about her. Neither are for their team.
i dont see people leaving, in fact people are joining! and so many new positions created?
