Humm so who's support is more worthless cisco or palo? How do they sell such complex, poorly documented, expensive products with such garbage support?
The Majors VP was interviewing at Cisco. He used Cisco to get promoted to VP. His Majors SED is all about herself and promoting herself. At some point she has to be held accountable in impacting the bottom line instead of her self promoting initiatives. She is trying to get back to Cisco too but they don’t want her back.
They hired cisco got rotten seed and termite is expanding hence downfall, may be that was Cisco strategy 😖…
I was with PAN 4 year also our TAC was not worth zero $ and quality was degrading and documentation was wrong, I have soft Corner for pan but hearing this all over from current employee of price increase to makeup book and customer attrition as reality..
hope they fix this and culture..

Checkpoint is way better in detect, FTnT has better WAF, Cisco is ki-ling it - EVE, Intellignet Decrpt, Snort back in action, QUIC decrypt, Post quantum leap they are kicking PAN a-s.
PAN 3x the price to make market believe they are growing vs customer feel vendor lock in and renewal su-ks .. even Gartner white paper telling see each line item in BoM.. literally they are caught pants down
