Please replace the Majors VP & SED and rebuild new. These two are self-absorbed individuals and are counter to teamwork. Their self-centered arrogance has impacted the business in a negative way.

The Majors VP and SED are why we are losing more deals to the competition than ever before. Do not let them fool you as both of them are looking to leave. The Majors VP interviewed at Cisco for the Americas VP role and could not close the deal. The Majors SED has been putting feelers out there to go back to Cisco. Word on the street is Cisco does not want her back. Her brand at Cisco is just like it is here, it is more about herself and self-promotion than the business and her team.
