I witness how the aggressive nature of leadership and the chronic US-vs-THEM culture translates to less productivity due to everyone fighting to survive and not trusting others.
It's really a shame and missed opportunity. Greater teamwork would eliminate a lot of stress and increase productivity.
They play a "Zero Sum Game". They Win. Everyone else loses.
They believe themselves to be brilliant by playing this game. Corporate America allows it. Yet it's a house of cards with one scandal. Not sustainable as they are not building teams nor are they creating long term customer loyalty. The only people who can build a long term career are east Asian. Every one else is expendable.
This model is one scandal away from destructing. All is great now. But not survivable with scandal.
