Even if your store isn't among those closing, you should be looking for a new job. All we're facing if we stay here is uncertainty.

The store teams' are stretched to the max. Since all these stores are closing doesn't logic dictate cuts should largely come out of corporate as their responsibilities are diminished?

Maybe restructuring of positions ? Looking at how Bloomingdale’s runs with no MBA . Operations manager has the role of all operations , online orders , receiving and maintaining HUR in all areas of the store .

With all these stores closing, there will obviously be a lot of structural changes. It’s just a matter of time before they start. Is there any info available beyond store closures? Anything regarding the immediate future?
