I think everyone needs to take a breath and stop creating worst case scenarios inside your heads. No one knows what’s in store. Speculating and creating rumors doesn’t help your mental health or anyone else’s. It’s fine to share information but only if it’s actual information backed up with facts. Just coming here to speculate, and heighten everyone’s anxiety isn’t helping anyone. You can only control what you can control. Whatever happens, happens. But I will say, if you are tired of going through this year after year then maybe it’s time to switch professions bc it’s not going to get any better. Brick and mortar businesses are dying. It’s just a fact.

Imagine getting a FREE employee pulse survey on how to make your Company better...
...then telling the staff to "go somewhere else" after not getting your way.
The EPITOME of this Brand folks.
Policing worry ain't the vibe. These concerns are valid, no matter how farfetched. Thats what this site is for.
You sound like another Potbellied Executive reacting to what you cant control. Keep that toxic Macys Mentality in your dilapidated stores and "Springboards".

To the person who replied, you don’t know wtf you’re talking about so stfu
I disagree. If Macy’s gave me (and our customers )a reason to come into the stores, I would. People are tired of endlessly scrolling through online listings and constant returns. There is zero staffing, no merchandise point of view, the floors are a mess with product on the floor, over stuffed on fixtures, hanging off hangers. If i wanted to sift through racks, i would go toTJ Maxx. It’s so obvious when a walk through is happening.its the only time the store looks decent and has people actually working.
