Can someone who was there or on the meeting let us know what the Feb 13 announcement is? Not everyone was invited.

Things are changing February 13th??? They even put up a Sign? No one knows what the meeting was about?? A big waste of time and money. Just shows how seriously things are taken a Macy’s.
I was not even told about a meeting on February 13th, I don’t believe any of my coworkers attended that from my knowledge
What do you mean not everyone was invited? Your people leader just said you couldn't attend?
Sounds like a big nothing burger to me. As a vendor how will Macys and Bloomingdale’s make me feel more welcomed with a more hospitable environment? Same goes for the Facilities Engineers and others who come in to service the stores.
Herald square was given RTO notice during their cultural change meeting. Was anyone else?
A big fat YAWN 🥱🤣🥱🤣
All good, it goes on the company card!
And we had to spend money on signs for stores that say 'these signs will be changing'. Good grief. And the bread was $18?!!! How much was the steak?!?!?!
And the budget for the New Years Eve noise makers and the coins. Waste of $ and plastic.
So glad its not just me. To think about how much money was spent on signage, stopping producion at the Ohio Fulfillment Center, how many of our fabulous eople taken off the floor for THAT!?
Whole production just grinds my gears. I mean wtf WAS THAT?!
Two hour waste of time. No concrete details
Basically nothing. New culture messages blah blah nothing actionable yet
Any announcement about RTO?
Girl...something that couldve been phoned in.
We are now all about creating a hospitable environment for fellow employees and customers.
Tony is also carrying a coin in his pocket to renew his love for Macys, and the bread at the steakhouse was excellent, while he wasn’t in favor of the new music and saw that as his time to leave.
