Only Receiving Captains get full time hours.
I am in a "going forward" store and I lost a FULL TIME position in my Recieving Team. Down to 4 Part Time colleagues. WTF??? So when do the robots start???
Most stores in my area cut CXM's but its through attrition in most stores. Idk how some stores are only going to run with CXM 1 SMM they are stretching people thin for sh-t pay.
Did your store manager confirm that no PL jobs were cut?
No PL jobs eliminated at my location. They have added some jobs but took away some at the same time.
Position ownership for roles in store have been shared at this point with the exception of beauty
