You know what might make our stores better a good cleaning, repairs that should have been done yrs ago but were left to fester. Bathrooms that are not fully functional and are dirty. Fitting rooms that need to be cleaned and painted so they don't look like a prison cell. Simple maintenance how do you ignore that!!!!!
To me, that was nothing about driving sales or attempting to bring people into the store. It was about how we treat each other and work to overcome obstacles. My store tapped out of the 'small group' chat and we just talked amongst ourselves.
Not the most Productive use of time.
Nothing was mentioned. Honestly, that literally could have been an email. The way they built it up so much and it really came down to changing their wording or verbiage for the go forward strategy. Not sure if “hospitality” is going to bring in traffic and drive sales but they seem to think this idea is going to accomplish it.
