I wonder if credit and customer service be RTO 5 days a week starting Feb 13 as part of the announcements?

If they did, I doubt it would start on Feb 13. It would likely start a few weeks/months later. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen though!
I doubt they go back 5 days a week, John’s Creek and HSQ are 2-3 days a week and I could see the hybrid model being pushed more consistently.. but not 5 days. Just my opinion though.
