Layoffs right after Easter. Because why not. I hate this place.
Someone said there were rumors of a voluntary buyout, any truth to this? Timing?
Anyone know when pds process starts this year? Haven't heard a peep.
Doing layoffs on a Tuesday after a payday? I keep seeing it reiterated by people on Reddit
Source from HR 7K+ … March 26th
March is odd timing to communicate as well.
Looks like the February layoffs are complete & a reorg being announced this week in the TH. Any reliable info on if we’ll see another round of layoffs in 2026? Timing? What’s everyone hearing?
I haven't heard or noticed anything unusual. Which doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things. Not that I'd be surprised if it's real.
Anyone else find it sus that merit got delayed to 2/16? That aligns with multiple reports of layoffs on 2/16. People on my team are hearing the managers are going to deliver severance papers instead of merit to those who are being let go. Normally I don’t listen to rumor but the dates are lining up and leaders are very quiet lately and I think they’re avoiding having to talk to us. Everything was so rush-rush before OE but they’re silent now. Then we get an email that a bunch of people got forcefully moved and were supposed to work hard and feel safe?
Is that what we're looking at? Media reports mention 2,000 total. We all know they lay off on non-pay weeks. Apparently, it should all be wrapped up by the end of February. If it's true, tomorrow is going to get really bad. Oh well. Not like I expected anything better.
Wondering if any noise around layoffs coming before the common reviews are completed. I thought they were to be scheduled this week or next week? It seems so quiet and slow.
It seems that there have been more layoffs today, primarily on the account delivery side. Right before the 401(k) match payout. Not sure if this is widespread or localized. These do not appear to be rebadging events.
Hi, I’m considering leaving Chevron and noticed some employees wait until after April 2. I’ve heard this relates to dividends being credited to retirement accounts. Is that accurate, and does anyone know why that date is significant?"
That would make sense, it's pay week. I don't know how we're supposed to keep it together until this wave is over. I'm already stressed out of my mind.
Has anyone been told their STIP payment or know the date/timeframe?
Dr Frank mentioned layoffs on the “normal cadence” and said 90% should be done already. What is the normal cadence? Right before bonus rrp feb/march?
I’ve been hearing about February around my office. Just a rumor, not confirmed by someone in the know.
I was RIFd a couple of weeks ago. Non working notice until mid to late March.
I did receive an email outlining the rules of my notice period and it said I would receive a “separation package via Docusign” as soon as administratively possible, but I have not received it yet
Can anyone out there who has been RIFd before me, perhaps last year, advise of how long it was before you received your severance package via Docusign?
I know profit sharing pays out on the 13th, but with all of the recent changes, I'm even more over it than I have been.
As long as we made it through 12/31/2025, are we good to leave whenever before 2/13 and still get profit sharing?
I could put in my two weeks on Monday, and that'd be fine and dandy... unless boss is feeling extra punchy and decides to make me walk.
I've already got a new job lined up, just trying to figure out timing of everything and how much longer I want to stay in this toxic environment with SLT who doesn't care about us.
What is the best time for Sabbatical considering YE performance reviews, compensation discussions and bonus decisions
Just saw it in my linkedin feed. Incorporated on 12/5/25 and beginning operations in 1/2026! Curious timing!
I didn’t get anything the first week of January so I’m holding off on applying until the first week of Feb. Ideally I want to time it so I can resign the day the bonuses hit. I wonder if companies know this so are holding back on job listings until then.
Managers will know tomorrow who’s impacted on their team and it will be 23rd instead 22nd.
13th and 14th Jan and Jan end will be last day!! Makes sense ?
I was told that any movement is targeted to be finalized by end of Q1. Does anyone have dates or any other info?
Welp… looks like another Tuesday is about to get interesting at Honeywell.
According to some around various teams, something big is set to drop—and yes, it lines up with Honeywell’s not-so-secret tradition of choosing Tuesdays for major shake-ups. (Because apparently nothing says “good morning” like a mid-week panic.)
Insiders are whispering that layoffs could be announced as early as Tuesday morning, with multiple groups bracing for impact. No official word yet, but the timing alone is raising eyebrows—this always seems to happen on a Tuesday, doesn’t it? Especially before Christmas.
If you’re inside Honeywell, keep your calendar wide open.
If you’re watching from the outside… grab popcorn.
I had heard that there would be more layoffs this week. Does anyone know if that is true or what day it would happen?
If previous years are any indication, T will hit us with another round of cuts sometime around holidays. Timing feels cruel, but it is very on brand.
I thought it’s Thanksgiving week?????
Brutal timing but this is a yearly occurrence at this point
Does anyone know when your upline knows who will be RA'd? I hear there is another layoff supposedly end of December and was curious when management will know.
Not good timing at all
Title says enough.
Just heard the Verizon sign in front of a certain run down office is being remove . Justt bad timing ??
I've heard this is not performance based, so what is it? How do they decide who to cut? Also, I hate that we have to wait until December to know if we still have a job or not. I don't get why they have to let us wait that long.
I sure hope so.
