Bye Bye Company Cars

Legal counsel is currently evaluating the legality of the newly implemented vehicle program and is considering the initiation of a class action lawsuit. An email intake will be created for interested parties seeking to join the action. Comment if interested, so have an idea if we have the numbers.

Any repercussions for Festog and Greed

Festog and Greed are primarily to blame for the destruction of the company, that’s not in dispute. Have there been any consequences to them? They both walked away with generational wealth, but have either been held to account? Major lawsuits? Financial claims against them? These two vicious, evil sc-mbags need to pay, but it looks like they’re gonna walk scott free. What can be done?

SF Reputation and RICO

When SF settled the RICO case for 250 Million it spoke volumes about the company reputation. To say it was settled as a business decision which IMO an admission of liability. This damaged the company and it continues to spiral downward by cutting benefits, laying workers off, and continuing to slash workers who believe and work hard to fulfill the mission and vision of the company. The company advertising deals with everything but the product itself. The customer is wise to its diversion tactics. On a local level, the company's reputation has tanked even within law enforcement. What was once the leader in all respects of ethics and business has literally been flushed down the toilet for money.

How is leadership still in charge after this ?

Fidelity National Information Services agreed last week to pay $210 million to settle a lawsuit brought against it by investors over its $35 billion-dollar purchase of the merchant services firm Worldpay, according to a spokesperson for plaintiffs’ lawyers at the firm Labaton Keller Sucharow.
Under terms of the Dec. 17 legal agreement, the recovery is expected to be about 42 cents per “damaged share,” but that amount will be shaved to 32 cents on average, after taking into consideration up to $47.5 million in fees and expenses, plus interest, for the plaintiffs’ lawyers, according to a legal document provided by the spokesperson. The agreement is contingent on court approval.

Impending lawsuits

This is going to be amazing to watch unfold. What you all need to keep in mind is that if your state is at will, trash like bny can terminate without reason. However what they legally cannot do is mark you below or terminate for performance if you were on track at mid year and had no issues leading up to that. I know several with lawyers on standby the minute they say terminated due to poor performance . They can also be sued for other reasons you need proof of like discriminatory actions so you have to document everything for proof

Class Action Lawsuit

Former employee seeking info about getting in on the lawsuit.. Obviously had service with EMO discount on both 3/30/24 and 7/12/24. Deadline to file is 12/18, what do I need to know and how do I ensure my settlement is as large as possible and comes straight from Stankey?

Oklahoma AG joins lawsuit against State Farm

State Farm has been found out again! They knew exactly what they were doing and just got caught! Sounds like they just tried to buy people off but it was basically too big for them to hide anymore. If the states AG and Departments of Insurances knew half of what State Farm has been doing over the last decade, most of the Exec would be in jail and they would shut this place down. Sh-t hole and scam! They treat their employees like they treat customers!

just curious: has anyone tried to sue oracle because of the riff?

I didn't do this, I don't think a person could win, but if someone thought it was their race, age or whatever you can think of, and gets riffed -- yet people are left working and they didn't get cut. just in general thinking they are targeted or whatever.
I thought about it, but I needed that money.
