@1fr The WARN Act applies to single sites of employment. We're all so scattered, they're not required to abide by it.

@1bf As far as I can tell, no one from US Bank has reported any layoffs to DEED as require by MN law. https://mn.gov/deed/business/layoff-resources/

State and federal regulatory agencies seem to fare better than employees (Current or Former) and customers (Current or Former) when suing the bank.

The United States Department of Justice has been pretty successful, lodge concerns there, or the Federal Reserve, the OCC, the state Attorney General's office, they tend to get results
