Im curious about the actual legality of not allowing a certain group of people be promoted. To me and a few others in my group this seems like discrimination.

So what’s the deal for areas that have no office to return to? Categorize yourself as hybrid and it’s dells problem?

Has anyone considered why remote is a permanent one-time option? Why isn’t that someone’s lease is taken into consideration if they wanted to be hybrid later on. That’s the biggest red flag of this RTO email to me.
