Managers brought into the “know” of what is coming have been asked in the past to sign an NDA before being shown details of future RIF/Reorg plans.

There are many reasons that an NDA can be voided and will not hold up in court.

Don’t worry about Dell’s legal team. Most of those people couldn’t land a job at a respected law firm so they wind up working in corporate.

Have you seen how a typical Dell legal team member spends their day?
