F(M?)AANG is no longer it. Too many layoffs at all of those companies to still make them a desirable workplace. Meanwhile, all of our competitors have the exact same issues as we are having. Toxic work environment, layoffs, erosion of benefits, etc. What is left for those who want out/are laid off?

Work for Dell customer who are using Dell products and you will be king there.
though no company is perfect, look toward 🍎 as the best of the bunch
Meta is the best from the bunch. Just a gentle reminder that Meta E6 salary is at least $600K. Basically Dell should learn from Meta and fire at least 15% of its workforce which I am sure are pretty useless and then everything will go smoother. Tesla went through that as well.
You can't do anything about what is occurring. All companies are, in some way, in layoff mode. Coming here and repeatedly asking the same question is useless.
You'd be surprised how toxic Dell is compared to almost every other large tech company. Almost anywhere is better.
Get in at a private tech start up! They pay big money, free food and chefs, no paying for lunch in the cafeteria! Fancy new companies with VC cash and no shareholders to deal with. Don't always make it long term but boy are the full of cash now haha. Keep up with you network just in case you need to pivot to another job. I know some who was laid off in August last year and he got a job at a startup and his base salary at the new job is more money then his whole salary, base and commission was at dell. Dell is notorious for u der paying their employees.
The idea that you would have FMAANG next to Dell is laughable. If this has to be explained to you then you are hopeless too.
