Don't expect your opinions in this survey to be private as they suggest.
I expect that AI HR will use this data to provide a "Score" that they will eventually feed into AI HR to eliminate decenters. This flows with the digital currency, social credit agenda that is being attempted. During 2020 fiasco they also collected your Personal Health Information and is now partnered with a company collecting this private data.

Nothing short of dropping AI will change my mind that Dell is all in not helping to usher in this socialist/communist mindset. Look around boys because the gloss that Dell cares is quickly receding, to be replaced by a Mao/Lenin mindset.

Gives new meaning to the value of data?

Prepare now if the above is not your cup o tea.
Speak up.

I know a manager that got a negative leader eNPS score. That will be the telltale as to what happens with this survey.

Tell Dell has in the past gotten rid of some bad managers, but it took multiple consecutive years of bad feedback.

We’ve gone over my managers and my TD, but I haven’t seen anyone above or at the SVP/presidents level. A lot of our feedback was that professionals who have been in the workplace for many years, do not like to be treated like children and when in global teams, there’s no reason to force RTO so they can sit on calls.

"Tell Dell is like confession to a predatorial priest." This feels surprisingly accurate.

Maybe its because employees are insignificant and your given the illusion of being a contributor?.
Execs will never answer to failed surveys, this is the responsibility of those managing the help.

“I don’t want a nation of thinkers, I want a nation of workers.” - John D Rockefeller

The monotonous never ending tasks, draconian policies (Ramped up in 2020) and constant spinning in the hamster wheel lead me to believe this should be Dell's mantra not John D.

Fixed it.
“I don’t want a nation of thinkers, I want a nation of button pushers” - Anonymous on behalf of M. Dell.

Maybe AI is the answer to all big techs problems, less employees means higher bottom line, less benefits, no need for diversity...I mean its a win win. Any scraps can be given to the button pushers.

Voice your opinion, more so than you did in 2020, it matters now.
If they won't listen internally, raise he-l externally, what do you have to lose?

That guy who was laid off and ki-led himself in the parking lot didn't phase them either... they su-k and did more layoffs in response.

the Media coverage is unlikely to phase our execs because yesterday Salesforce announced its intent to scale back the breadth of remote and track attendance

It’s weird that you left the majority of that email out of context and left out some of the most critical part which is the net promoter score? Ok Jenn.

yep...only the good stuff. That is why nothing will ever change. If it doesn't, then you know definitely that this survey is total BS and people shouldn't even bother taking it anymore. How would they report when only 10% participated.

That's really weird. Because this was the internal messaging on the Tell Dell survey:

Leadership: Your experience with your leader is one of the most important indicators of overall satisfaction. My Leader scores remained high at 92% favorable. (...)

Confidence: 85% of you shared confidence in the future of Dell. This requires belief in our vision, strategy and leaders. The top emotion felt right now is optimism, (...)

Connection & Culture: Our strongest differentiators continue to be our people, flexibility and strong company culture. An overwhelming 89% of you express pride in working at Dell, citing a sense of community and belonging and the ways we bring our People Philosophy to life.
93% of you believe your voice counts within Dell, (...)

We should save the money and get rid of 'Tell Dell'. We don't care about it anyway so why keep pretending!
