Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Dell hybrid policy is going to change

Word from management is that the hybrid policy is going to change.

After the very large layoff that’s coming over the next few months, management will implement its new Dell indica policy that’s designed to make it impossible to stay remote. The new policy will be more calming and relaxed for RTO employees. Employees who sign this new policy will also benefit from an enhanced bonus structure that levels up higher the more the employee works inside of a Dell office building and not remote. The more you come in the office means you get more bonus. The final plan is to completely remove bonus for remote employees.

You folks are arguing against a person that included the word "indica" as the name of a Dell plan.

At my particular Dell location, you definitely do not see personnel coming in three days a week. Dell can always change their mind.

sure, you would just get less bonus than someone that comes in 4 or 5 days a week. Pay to play.

Would it mean, that even the hybrid setup should disappear? or if someone will go 2-3 days in to the office, that would be still OK?
