Why are you shocked about it? It's what it's all about. Easy way to kick people. It's the plan.
If you were hired to work in office then returning to office is fair. You got a break due to our scamdemic govt funding gof in China and unleashing sickness and dangerous vaccines on us. Be glad you have a job and go back to work or go find a remote job elsewhere and quit.
Seriously? Shocked? They don’t want to pay severance. They want to make it miserable so you leave. Been the strategy all along.

Don’t be shocked, it’s why the RTO mandate was aggressive. Get folk to leave and avoid any severance payoff.

no suprise here. 50% of the dell workforce is more or less useless.. If Dell slims down by 50% that will bode very well for the company.
