Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

I can’t say I would be sorry to be booted in coming layoffs

I’ve been scouting for a new job for a while now, and I have some options on the table. I just got incredibly bored with working at Dell, and my financial situation is not bad. However, I understand that many of us are not in the same position like I am, and justifiably have more fear and stress from the prospect of losing a job. Good luck to all of us, and make at least a bit of effort to support, if you can, those who will be affected.

if you have options, take them now. Every tech job out there has over 100 applicants for it. It's an extremely tough market now, recruiters will tell you that also.

you and most of dell. I know most remotes selected remote with the thinking they would eventually be cashed out.

So safely say over 50% of the people feel the same.
