I’ve been scouting for a new job for a while now, and I have some options on the table. I just got incredibly bored with working at Dell, and my financial situation is not bad. However, I understand that many of us are not in the same position like I am, and justifiably have more fear and stress from the prospect of losing a job. Good luck to all of us, and make at least a bit of effort to support, if you can, those who will be affected.

can wait for it to happen, or take action, the latter are the passives this place love to hire
then leave so perhaps someone else can stay
If you are unhappy, just leave.
if you have options, take them now. Every tech job out there has over 100 applicants for it. It's an extremely tough market now, recruiters will tell you that also.
I've done actual work but not satisfaction in doing it.
easiest half a million i’ve made in my career
Ditto i’ve worked here for 5 yrs and haven’t done a days work, just attend meetings and occasional ms office document updates.
you and most of dell. I know most remotes selected remote with the thinking they would eventually be cashed out.
So safely say over 50% of the people feel the same.
I'm happy to go too, I haven't done a days work since joining dell and have no job satisfaction
