I hope Dell realizes that having a 25 year old new Sales Rep that went through NGSA with zero field experience may not be as good as it sounds. Telling a 50 year old CIO how to run his/her operation may not work out to well with those credentials.
My manager said yesterday major restructuring was happening again... this is code for layoffs. They said, sell EVERYTHING you can now... make sure it ships... it was scary sounding. It's definitely coming. Keep up with your connections! May the odds be ever in your favor.

2 weeks left in the qtr, they need everyone focusing on making large pay checks for the upper management not worried about layoffs.

Yeah but the all hands would have been held after the official layoffs, would make more sense
