In some countries the no promotion policy is being rescinded because it’s illegal. Confirmed for Ireland.

We know there are no promotions. Anyone have confirmation on whether raises or promotions would be effected next year? I would think this would be an issue and cause a greater gap in equal pay.

My manager told us there are guidelines on approve or decline a request and simply if you worked for more that 2 years and you picked remote they must approve it.
