Sorry, but cascades are a shell game
Not only with products and services. But with people.
Execs continue to line their pockets. The rich get richer and the middle class continues to struggle.
Just look at APEX!
Byrne is the Scannell replacement but seems odd that it has taken so long - especially in this environment. I wouldn't be surprised to hear of a 'retirement' soon.
Adrian about the best of them. Others are absolute useless no need for any of them, these multi millionaires need to move aside
Maybe it’s a contest to see who takes MDs place when he steps down?
You can 50% of management my last manager never even did my job, so he was clueless.
Adrian McD is EMEA but zero need for Scannell and John Byrne... who need 2 presidents of sales, just another talking head at FRS cascading messages our customers aren't really interested in.
This is a fantastic point. Drives home where we are as an organization.
I'm betting there's some internal conflict between these as well.
Think you need to re-read the cascades if you are really an internal member of staff as there are only two with third being of a few regional leaders who roll up to Byrne
Agreed
