is there an SEC filing for the WFR?

There should be an SEC filing for large layoffs right? I remember seeing one in 2023. Is there one for 2024? That way we can know the number.

They are probably doing the layoffs in phases and not all at once.

There's a few of us that believe Dell found a loophole because of how they pay out the severance, which allows them to skip the WARN Act filing.
