I spent 24 years at Dell, experienced a number of big layoffs at Dell. But they were always short events. Generally a single day. So afterwards, the execs sent out notices, had town halls, etc.
This current situation is unlike anything that I ever experienced, it seems like it is going on and on. If anything people are communicating on here is accurate, it isn't over. So premature for leaders to do the usual routine. In my opinion, completely incompetently planned and executed. During these events, morale is always horrible, but it's like they don't care about what the morale is afterwards.
