Agree with sentiment here. NGSAs in our region are really bad, basically forced rookies to be advisory presales. They might be "super excited", eager to learn and all that stuff, but you cant magically inject into someone decade of experience.
That's true. But NGSA does most of the unnecessary work because they don't have to work much. NGSA is worthless, so if NGSA would shut down, DELL's bottom line will not
be affected and DELL will success to cut costs.
DELL is nightmare and NGSA's future is also bleak.
Because they’re terrible when they get in the field. An embarrasment.
Why would Dell get rid of NGSA? They are the „cheapest“ employees within the ISG organisation and probably the only ones that are still hiring. Dell will save millions worldwide by replacing expensive AEs with graduates that are eager to do the same job for 30-40% less.
