I just learned a former colleague that was let go last December after a long time with the company ended themself last week. His family said he really struggled with what happened and couldn’t move on. It’s just horrible what this company has done.

For who got laid off, how is Cargill severance settlement been? I had 15 years of experience and was offered 3 months including notice period. After engaging an employment lawyer and long delayed negotiations it is now 9 months only.
