Can we be done with the “proud to work for Cargill” posts on social media? Who are you fooling really?

No offense but you all know the purpose of LinkedIn right? It is a professional networking tool.
If you talk to any career coach, LinkedIn is important for looking for a job and also attracting future employers. Many people have recruiters or people in their network reach out about roles. The best way to get noticed is by updating your profile and posting.
What you don’t know is if people are posting because they still believe in the mission or are posting to hopefully help find the next opportunity.
Give people some grace.
My old team has been frantically plugging gaps they created with redundancies by overpaying people on short term contracts. They are begging people that quit some time ago to
come back so they can manage to have a harvest. An absolute sh-t show.
Those that say they are proud to work for Cargill are probably just scared that they are going to lose their job.
Worst beast of a company I ever worked for, with fake leaders a total circus of followers
Don’t miss it one bit. Nada
Are they still firing?
Hartsock is on a self promotion mission talking about the successful transformation on podcasts, conferences, etc. Meanwhile teams are still scratching their heads on how all this is going to work!
Besides the newbies youn also have a bunch of the hypocritical “leaders” who have made that once great company an absolute mess and keep parroting the fake corporate jargon.
Very sad to see that a great company has now become no different than any other soulless corporation.
Look them up on linked in and see that they've only work for the company for 6 months and probably in the shiny new Atlanta hub.
