Cargill always comes up with excuses why they canr pay good bonuses. During covid cargill made billions.but paid out squat claiming "uncertainty". Ridiculous arbitrator targets. This time they will use the tarrifs as their excuse, mark my words. They are greedy, they su-k.

FY 24/25 ends May 31st. That’ll mark the end of layoff wave 1. They’ll announce disappointing YE results, we wont receive bonuses and then probably around August/September they’ll start to announce another layoff wave. Probably saying something like »we already made great progress in achieving our strategic goals for CG 2030. Unfortunately the past year showed that our efforts have not resulted in the successful business shift we aimed for. Therefore, heavy heartedly the CG leadership team announces hereby the reduction of another X% (I assume it’ll be 3-5) of the global workforce.«

Of course I don’t KNOW this, but it’s what I assume based on what I heard from someone involved in HR in EMEA
