In Canada you will get more if you lawyer up. Court decisions are one month per year of service, minimum 3 regardless of tenure. Max about 24. Cargill is using the US based 12 month max in Canada but you WILL get more by getting a lawyer if you are longer service very easily. The US policy is meaningless outside the US.

It’s 2 weeks per year of service, and they’ll typically set a minimum with the max now being 52 weeks/1 year of pay. The actual severance policy is on the Cargill intranet page. Just type in severance in search.

This lsst round in USA its a min of 8 weeks or one week for every year of service up to a year max. If this doesn't change that's what it was. The last one got everything vested as well as partial bonuses being paid in july since they worked 60% of the year they will get 60% of whatever they would have been getting had they not been cut. Hope that helps but the chnages to documents i think happen annually so it could change in June
