Thread regarding Cargill layoffs

Did another round of layoffs just occur in the US?

I’ve seen so many posts about people either leaving Cargill, having their last day with Cargill, or starting new positions in the last week or so and not sure if it’s related to another RIF

Horrible leaders who only look after themselves. Fake culture of subordination masking fear of layoffs, Big job titles and huge pay packages for some, while things are real basic.

Layoffs are still happening at a slower pace in the US. Not entire teams like back in December, but a person here and there.

each business groups have the target to deliver, therefore the pace or the scales can be varied very much

Nothing formal in the US, but they have been laying people off in France this week. Interesting note, there are more people quitting than the Exec team anticipated. Once bonus payments are paid at the end of July, there will be a lot more resignations.
