Age discrimination is rampant at Cargill. Age is one of many protected classes.
Would suggest reaching out to dec impacted colleagues (especially more senior leaders that left) as many lawyered up from what I learnt. It is just unbelievable the dishonesty with which our current leaders operate and get away with.
