This is top hypocrisy..…. The HR lead for DT&D posting in LinkedIn her “love and support “ for her former Target colleagues who where laid off ……..while she is actively laying people off at Cargill.
At least have the good sense of staying quiet!!

Has been some leadership announcements. Will be followed by targeted lay-offs and more specific team re-orgs. All under the guise of "Announcing our new operating model".

Lost 2 people I work with in the last week. Data Analyst and a Sr. Data Analyst. Both very good and got better jobs in more stable environments.

Another DT&D ride only one year after the last one … this is absolutely crazy. The company doesn’t have any clear vision imho.
