Yes they try their best at… su-king up when things go well, blaming others when things don't go well, piling on work, splurging on themselves at fancy dinners and trips but placing travel bans on teams that actually do the work they take credit for. Such noble efforts!

So true. Shocking behaviors selfish passive aggressive incompetent their only talent is making things up to cover up their shortcomings. I didn’t meet any inspiring leaders at Cargill

They are quite useful I would say. They have proven to be useful at destroying value; playing politics; backstabbing talented people; being yes-men/women and avoiding accountability. Oh and let’s not forget being a reliable source of revenue for consultants!!!

Give them some credit; that takes a lot of effort and talent!!!!!

Thats why they stay loyal to Cargill… they would not survive anywhere else. Just look at the whole lot of them in NA Food :-)
