Tbh it matches policies in other tech companies in the US and also the UK, and in some respects is less severe. But this will be insufficient to change Engineering team spirit and motivation as Chandran believes. The only way we’ll rediscover our mojo is have a CTO that inspires with energy, charisma and radical strategy…and that isn’t Chandran nor any of his long-tenured cronies.
