Does anyone have any information about what was going to happen in December with compensation? The messaging we got was that it is just a salary update for some people but not for everyone. Initially we had thought it would be across the board.

Just got mine. 4%. Bosses say everyone who’s getting one is getting the same. Would be curious if it’s the same in all orgs.
