I don't know about everyone else... But is management getting a bit shady with accountability? I am noticing a lot of impossible tasks being thrown out and managers throwing their employees under the bus to protect themselves.

@23a Do they still base performance reviews on what people say about you plus how you do your job instead of what you got done?
My management has always been sketchy
They're probably just getting ready for the next round of lay offs. They're going to want to make you look bad so it's easier.
Sounds like employees are now being held accountable...
