Looks like ViaSat is adopting Inmarsat's policy of virtually every employee gets a bonus instead of limiting it to the top performers. Also hearing that the legacy inmarsat people are complaining because they are getting less than previous years... Sounds like a mess.

I got a 13% bonus. So yeah shocked but very grateful. The usual over the past many years at Viasat has been about half that.
@3pa So MD only got 8.970 million?
With the bonus restructuring, some individuals are getting less but it is being distributed to those who were never getting one even though their level and performance in the org were comparable. IMO, this was necessary to correct the inequity in the former bonus structure.
I got 6% of salary bonus, most I ever received as a legacy Viasat… shocked
